At the annual conference of the Acer group, the Gateway brand (which is an integral part of the past one year) announced some new eMachines. If laptops are not yet on the agenda (Gateway provides still leaving the D620-5880, a 14.1-inch laptop in the last quarter of this year) are three models of desktop 'already available in the United States, and not likely to be on the market.
Firstly, the eMachines T3656, equipped with an Intel Celeron, 1 GB of RAM type DDR2 and a 160GB hard drive S-ATA II. The T5274, it will be equipped with an Intel Dual-Core, two gigabytes of DDR2 memory and a disk larger than 320 GB eMachines W3653, finally, will consist of a Celeron Dual-Core, d a gigabyte of DDR2 and a disc of 320 GB S-ATA II as well. Note that thismodel will be accompanied by a 17-inch Widescreen type (in 16:10, so). For the first two, Gateway offers two screens, one 17-inch and one 19-inch, both displaying a resolution of 1440 x 900 and a contrast of 600:1. The 17 inches (of a response time of 8 ms) is available for 189.99 dollars (retail price in the United States), and 19-inch monitor (the announced response time is 5 ms) will be he proposed to 209.99 dollars.
